My recent stay left me quite disappointed, primarily due to the lack of communication from the staff and unclean conditions. While the room was spacious, the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed subpar, and the absence of water during our stay enhanced the frustration. The pet-friendly policy is a plus, but I'm not planning to return after this experience.
